  I went to this nursery to buy some plants for my garden. I had an injured elbow so asked for help with placing plants into the trolley the refused by claiming not enough staff on site!!. both the boss Theo, and his Asian staff were absolutely rude. I decided due to their bad customer service not to continue my purchase. so asked them to cancel my transaction. But when the girl at the counter asked his boss, she was directed to ignore my request and continued with charging my card. When I asked them for refund, the rude boss said he would do it himself and while he was very clearly "cursing toward me" he took matters in his hand! surprisingly he did not seem to be familiar with his own refund system, and he tried all strange various REFUND systems: in his attempt #1; he said to me "your card does not accept refund and it says DECLINED" this means you don't have enough fund in your account!!!. I told him hellooo! you got it wrong totally! you are refunding into my card NOT the otherway around to charge my card again!. He replied rudely and very loud in front of other customers that you are the one got it wrong you have forgotten to have money in your account! and he told me this is sign of dementia! he repeated again for other customers that: "she has early signs of dementia". I told him all customers are witnessing he has to watch his manners and customer service. He did not refund my money, I left the plants in his shop and he rudely told me NO refund!!! I insisted on getting my money back. He seemed quite satisfied and happy for behaving like this as he was really enjoying it! right in front of the other customers. Can someone tell me how we can legally make this person disciplined. This is not right and he cannot run a business on the basis of abusing customers.

  AMAZINGLY RUDE MAN!!! If I could give a half star I would. I went here intending to buy a couple of items - I asked for some advice on a plant.The girl was pleasant but the older man was extremely rude. He said that they don't give free advice. When I remarked that I found his behaviour rude, he said I was being personal. When I then decided, due to his behaviour, not to buy what I was planning on purchasing, he said, 'Good, I don't want you to!' When I said I wouldnt be back, he again said, ' I don't want you to!' Appallingly bad customer service!!! Do NOT waste your time or money here.

  DISGUSTED !!!!!!!!!! EXTREMELY, RUDE, ARROGANT MAN !!!! I took my mum and 2 children looking for trees. My mum asked him a question about the root system of a specific tree and how he would recommend planting it. He told her to look at the wall chart. Mum then said, that she still has a question because it does not answer what she had to ask and he was soooooo RUDE to her. I then said, I do not appreciate his speaking to my mother that way. He said he is the owner and we need to get out of his shop this is his place and we must leave -- he does not have time to discuss sh=*=* with us. We must go.
